Dr. Chase Beal, D.O. Dr. Chase Beal is a double board-certified physician in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) and Pain Medicine. He is dedicated to improving his patients’ overall quality of life through a comprehensive and multidisciplinary approach to care.

Originally from Utah, Dr. Beal earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Touro University Nevada College of Osteopathic Medicine. He went on to complete his PM&R residency at MetroHealth/Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, where he also served as Chief Resident. Following residency, he pursued advanced fellowship training in Pain Medicine at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, where he developed expertise in interventional pain procedures and neuromodulation techniques. He was also awarded the Ramamurthy Fellow of Year award during his pain fellowship.

Dr. Beal has authored multiple peer-reviewed publications and book chapters in the fields of spinal anatomy, peripheral nerve stimulation, and neuromodulation. He has also presented his works at numerous national conferences, including the American Society of Pain and Neuroscience, the American Academy of Pain Medicine, and the International Pain and Spine Interventional Society. One of his case presentations was given the Racz-Raj Best Case Study award at Texas Pain Society.

In his practice, Dr. Beal focuses on identifying and addressing the underlying causes of pain and functional limitation, rather than merely treating symptoms. His patient-centered philosophy emphasizes collaboration with other specialists, integrating physical rehabilitation, interventional procedures, and lifestyle optimization to help patients regain function and live more active, fulfilling lives.

Fluent in Spanish after spending two years in Mexico City serving a mission for his church, Dr. Beal is passionate about providing culturally sensitive care and improving access to comprehensive pain management for diverse patient populations.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Beal is family-oriented and enjoys spending time outdoors with his loved ones. His hobbies include SCUBA diving, hiking, hunting, fishing, and traveling, activities that reflect his appreciation for balance, movement, and the restorative power of nature.
