Pamela Albo, PA-C, a Board Certified Physician Assistant, chose a career as a Physician Assistant after working in Urgent Care, Orthopedics and Family Medicine as an ancillary staff member.

Leigh received her undergraduate degree and postgraduate training at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, graduating in 1983 from the Physician Assistant program with a surgical emphasis. She worked in Chicago in cardiac surgery for 7 years before relocating to Las Vegas in 1990.

James Boesiger DMSc, PA-C. has been practicing medicine for over 30 years and has a passion for pain and headache management. After graduation from Lake Erie College PA program, he completed his Master’s degree in sport medicine graduating from the United States Sports Academy, with honors.

John De Guzman is a Nationally Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in pain management. He also has extensive experience in emergency medicine and has trained in Sydney Australia. He completed his master’s degree in Family Nurse Practitioner, at Touro University. His additional experience in medical and surgical patient care helped him see the need to ensure pain control is provided to support optimal patient treatment. As he has continued his training, he has further specialized in providing multi-modal pain management to help patients control both acute and chronic pain.

Bianca Kennel completed her Bachelor of Science in Biology and Public Health at Santa Clara University. After finishing her undergraduate degree. Ms., Kennel received her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Utah, where she was actively involved in the Utah Area Health Education Centers Program, as well as the Health Sciences Anti-Racism Commission.

Alissa Maree Nakamura is a board-certified physician assistant who received her undergraduate from California State University with a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Biology. She later received her postgraduate physician assistant degree from Touro University in Nevada.

Joshua was born and raised in Utah and attended his undergraduate degree at Brigham Young University where he majored in Biology. Shannon Signorino, PA-C, has been a board-certified Physician Assistant from Miami Dare Community College since 2003. She practices pain management after an experienced career that started in Physical Therapy receiving her Associate of Science degree from the Community College of the Air Force and her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from UNLV. Then, completing her Master of Science degree at Nova Southeastern University. Building on this medical background she is well-versed in caring for patients with acute and chronic pain.

Kevin Thorn has practiced for the past 15 years, in a multiple specialties, such as family medicine, internal medicine, endocrinology, urgent care, and pain management.

Antonette was born and raised in the Philippines. She completed her degree in Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Sacred Heart College in 1998. When she moved to the United States , she pursued her education and earned her degree in Masters of Science in Nursing as an Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner from Grand Canyon University, Phoenix, AZ.

Allison Zieglmeier, FNP-C, was born in Ohio but raised in Southern California. Her family history is well rooted in the healthcare industry. Her grandmother, great aunts, and great uncles were all medical providers avidly serving their community during the time of segregation.
