John De Guzman

John De Guzman, FNP-C

John De Guzman is a Nationally Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in pain management. He also has extensive experience in emergency medicine and has trained in Sydney Australia. He completed his master’s degree in Family Nurse Practitioner, at Touro University. His additional experience in medical and surgical patient care helped him see the need to ensure pain control is provided to support optimal patient treatment. As he has continued his training, he has further specialized in providing multi-modal pain management to help patients control both acute and chronic pain.

Bianca Kennel completed her Bachelor of Science in Biology and Public Health at Santa Clara University. After finishing her undergraduate degree. Ms., Kennel received her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Utah, where she was actively involved in the Utah Area Health Education Centers Program, as well as the Health Sciences Anti-Racism Commission.

Shannon Signorino, PA-C practices pain management after an experienced career that started in physical therapy, kinesiology, and naturopathic medicine. Building on this medical background she is well-versed in caring for patients with acute and chronic pain. Shannon believes in taking a holistic approach to caring for the patient and ensuring the plan of care targets to root cause of the patient’s pain.

Antonette Vergara, APRN

Antonette was born and raised in the Philippines. She completed her degree in Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Sacred Heart College in 1998. When she moved to the United States , she pursued her education and earned her degree in Masters of Science in Nursing as an Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner from Grand Canyon University, Phoenix, AZ.
