Shawna Tibbetts graduated from Utah State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in pre-med and Health Education. She received her post graduate physician assistant training at Western University of Health Sciences graduating at the top of her class.
Since graduating from PA School, she has worked many years in Internal Medicine, Family Practice and Orthopedics before joining Dr. Coppel in 2011. She has a particular interest in addiction medicine.
Shawna is married with twins. On her off time she enjoys riding and showing horses as well as reading and spending time with her kids and helping at their school.
Shawna is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
