Melissa is an experienced health care leader, with over 20 years’ experience in the healthcare industry, specializing in human capital, insurance contract negations, capital acquisitions, and clinical operations. She is an energetic problem solver, recognized team leader and consensus builder. Prior to joining Nevada Comprehensive Pain Center (NVCPC), she served as an administrator of orthopedic and surgical services group in Las Vegas. Since joining NVCPC over 11 years ago, Melissa has supported clinical operations and now As Chief Financial Officer she has executed the company’s financial strategy, manages fiscal controls, advises on revenue generation and cost reduction, ensures all financial responsibilities and objectives are met, and is responsible for budgeting and long-range strategic capital planning. Her leadership has directly contributed to NVCPC becoming largest pain management group in the state of Nevada.
